Service Description
This service is an add-on for clients needed minor or major repairs or extra maintenance on their locs. This will ensure your Locs foundation is strong and secure, and it helps to prevent breakage and damage to your locs and hair overall. * Can be added to a service at the stylist discretion depending on severity of hair or Locs.
Cancellation Policy
If canceling or rescheduling an appointment, please read our cancellation policy carefully. You (the client or customer) will be fully and solely responsible for paying any fees, charges, invoices or account balances occurred from your session(s) or booked appointment(s) made online or with a staff member (HAIRCARE EXPERT or BUSINESS EXPERT), and “You” are agreeing to our "Terms and Conditions” for our cancellation policy. OUR CANCELATION POLICY AS FOLLOWS, ANY DEPOSITS MADE OF ANY AMOUNT IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ANY PAYMENTS MADE UNDER THESE GUIDELINES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 1. If your appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 72hrs or more (3+ days) prior to your appointment time, You agree to forfeit your total deposit amount. 2. If your appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48hrs (2 days) prior to your appointment time, You agree to pay in full 50% of the total service sessions including to forfeit your total deposit amount. 3. If your appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 12hrs or less (same day), or 24hrs or less (1 day) prior to your appointment time, You agree to pay in full 100% of the total service sessions including to forfeit your total deposit amount. 4. If you become a no show customer, you will be responsible for the same requirements as a same day cancelation session (less than 12hrs). ALL POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. CUSTOMERS AND CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR READING POLICIES AND STAYING UPDATES AT ALL TIMES.
